                                                      This is my letter of the week.

Athletics

Athletics was on Tuesday and I did Shotput, Long jump, sprints, High jump.

The most challenging thing was the 800-meter run, and I came 3rd in it and I was going to have a sprint off at the last 100-meter run but I didn't and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd were Orewa.

And the learning power that I used in 800-meters was resilience because I had the stitch and did not stop running.

In the long jump, I came 4th and my best jump was 3.42 meters/ my 1st jump, My 2nd jump was 2.72 meters, My third jump was 2.89 meters and I am happy with my results, The learning power that I used was resilience because my second and third jump was after 800-meters.

In the high jump, I did not get to Hauraki plains and I didn't complete one jump, the learning power that I used was courage because I never gave up when I hurt myself on the pole.

In the shot put, I don't know what I came but I did push the shot put the ball 3.96.

Fingerprints

 These are the steps

Step 1: Grise your finger in your hair.

Step 2: Press your finger on the glass.

Step 3: Dust the fingerprint gently on the glass.

Step 4 Put some tape on the print

Step 5 Lift the tape of and put it on some black paper.

 This week for our braking at school we did fingerprints and learned that everyone has different fingerprints even identical twins don't have the same fingerprints, nether twins. And you can  see fingerprints them by getting this from the police use this to find fingerprints on things.
